Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Viveture offer?

Viveture connects pet owners with background-checked sitters who offer services including House Boarding, Sitting, Walking, Dog Wash, Wash + Walk, and Check-ins.

How much does Viveture cost?

Viveture operates on a subscription model. As of right now it is completely free. In the future, there may be a subscription fee. This change will be communicated in advance. There are no additional service fees or booking fees. Subscription price through iOS and or Android might differ from web (stripe) prices.

How do sitters get paid?

Clients pay sitters directly before or after the service. Sitters keep 100% of their earnings — Viveture doesn't take any commission.

How do I become a sitter on Viveture?

To become a sitter, simply download the app and select "Join as a Pet Sitter". Viveture will guide you through the process of creating your profile and getting verified.

How do I pay my sitter?

Viveture shows the total amount owed for a service, but payment is arranged directly between you and your sitter. Sitters choose their own payment methods — cash, Zelle, credit card, or whatever works for both of you.

Can I see a sitter's reviews before booking?

Yes. Every sitter's profile shows their ratings and reviews from previous pet owners so you can make an informed decision before booking.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?

You can manage and cancel bookings directly through the Viveture app. We recommend reviewing your sitter's cancellation policy on their profile before booking.

How and when do I get paid as a sitter?

Pet owners pay you directly — before or after the service — using whatever payment method you prefer, such as cash, Zelle, or credit card. Since Viveture takes zero commission, the full amount you charge is what you receive.

Can I choose which bookings to accept?

Yes. As a sitter on Viveture you have full control over your availability and which booking requests you accept.

What makes Viveture different from other pet sitting platforms?

Viveture is built on a flat subscription model rather than per-booking commissions. That means sitters keep 100% of what they earn, and pet owners pay no hidden service fees. Sitters are ranked by ratings and reviews, not by how much revenue they generate for the platform.

How does Viveture ensure the safety of pets?

Every sitter must pass a mandatory background check before joining the Viveture platform. Pet owners can also review ratings and verified reviews from other owners before booking.
